Ice Spiders Reviews2

A while back I had read all the reviews on here of this movie called "Ice Spiders". It was one I was wanting to see, but not a high priority. 2 nights ago, I'm in the bedroom playing Puzzle Quest on my PS2 and at 9:30pm my husband yells to me, "Ice Spiders" is on channel 55 {Sci-Fi}. So I turn on my 1978 trusty-old Sears b/w t.v. and am in love with all the spiders I see. It really bugged me that these idiot people tricked the spiders so that they could kill them, the poor things :( And, at the end, when this big spider is locked-up being taken away, I said outloud 'that poor cute spider, why doesn't anyone save him?' O.k., so I missed most of the movie, but if the movie's anything like the last 30 minutes, well then it's a 5-star!!!!! I must get this movie and watch the whole thing. No matter the size, venomous or not, all spiders are sooo cute, I love them all!!!!

Ice Spiders Reviews1

Ice Spiders
This Sci-Fi Channel flick has all the necessary ingredients for a cheesy B movie and utilizes them to the fullest: *adequate if non-imaginative fx *bad acting *somewhat ridiculous script *dumb people doing dumb things, and last but not least: *writer/producer/actor Stephen J. Cannell. ICE SPIDERS doesn't set any new standars for giant bug flix, but it's tale of genetically altered arachnids should please giant bug auteurs.
